The tussle between the Bollywood actors and journalists is not new, and it seems that reporters don’t leave any stone unturned to take a jibe on the actors. There have been many occasions when Bollywood actors replied to them in a funny way or at times in a stern manner, but a recent incident with Ranveer Singh makes one think where is the fine line between being witty and insulting.
Sooryavanshi, the latest sequel of Simbaa and Singham series, is in the news nowadays. The star cast of the movie, including Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Ajay Devgan, and Ranveer Singh were on the trailer launch of the film in Mumbai. During the media interaction, one of the reporters called Ranveer Singh Kameena and asked him an insulting question, “Do you agree that you are the biggest Kameena in the Bollywood fraternity?”

To this, Ranveer was taken aback and said in jest, “This is a direct insult.” The video of the reporter giving such a ludicrous remark disguised as a question became viral. Akshay Kumar, our real Khiladi, came to rescue during the event and reprimanded the reporter for targeting Ranveer Singh.
Akshay Kumar slammed the reporter and said, “Yeh fraternity kebaatnahi, yeh film kibaathai. Aapnebohotgalathisaab se sawaalkiyahai. Woh film keandar dialogue hai, naki fraternity ka dialogue hai. Main aapsedarkhvaastkarungakiaapaisanapuche.”
He clearly said the reported not to misquote a dialogue from the movie and insult an actor for being the biggest moron of the fraternity as the dialogue is related to the movie, not the fraternity.
No wonder, the actors feel infuriated and react to media as they feel offended by such instigating questions and remarks. However, all is well that ends well, and the trailer launch was indeed a trailer of such a excellent masala flick starring Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Ajay Devgan, and Katrina Kaif.
