Realme launched its Realme 7 and 7 Pro smartphones in India. Now the Chinese firm has confirmed to launch Realme 7, in addition to the all-new Realme 7i in Indonesia. Realme 7i is going to be the successor of Realme 6i whose pictures have been revealed by the company. Although, it has given no word to clarify all the specifications of the 7i smartphone.

However, a leaked poster of the upcoming Realme model tells us pretty much about the major features and specifications. The leaked key features of the smartphone suggest the inclusion of octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM, quad rear cameras, a 6.5-inch display, and a large battery.

Realme Indonesia also took to Twitter to share a poster of the upcoming launch event. The post said that the firm will launch Realme 7 and Realme 7i in the country on September 17 at 1:07 pm WIB (11:37 am IST). The audience will be able to see the live stream of the launch on the company's social media channels along with YouTube and the official website. However, Realme 7 will likely be the same phone that was launched in India on September 3, but Realme 7i may have some different and new specs.

The company has confirmed a few features of the upcoming phone that include a quad-camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, MediaTek's Helio G95 chipset, 90Hz display with a punch-hole camera. The rear quad camera will be the combination of 64MP + 8MP+ 2MP + 2MP. The phone's battery of 5000mAh will also come with support for 18W fast charging.

The expected specs of the smartphone teased by an Instagram user named Gadgetfight.id also suggested that the smartphone may support a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The final specifications, pricing, and availability details are yet to be announced at the launch of September 17.

We still do not know when the company will launch Realme 7i in India. It took a span of four months for the firm to launch 6i in the country, so we can expect a similar timeline for the launch of Realme 7i.

The craze among the audience is at the peak as the bookings for the phone has already started. Pre-orders for Realme 7i will last until September 18 for the amount IDR 200,000 i.e approximately equal to Rs 1,000. Paying this amount will allow you to have a unit as soon as the sale begins, in addition to the Realme Buds Classic wired earphones for free.
