Mahesh Shetty was the first person to enter the Sushant’s room after his demise and he has made some shocking utterance in his latest statement to the Bihar Police.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s family has filed an FIR to Bihar Police against his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty saying that she had given him mental and financial harassment. His father KK Singh took the efforts to file a complaint against Rhea.
Mahesh Shetty was the person whom Sushant called before he committed suicide. But Mahesh did not answer his call. After he had come out with some shocking statement the Bihar Police has thought of making him a major witness. As he was the first person to enter Sushant’s room after suicide is also one of the reasons Bihar Police is considering him to make a Prime Witness. The MS Dhoni star had also made another call to his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty but none of them had answered his call. Let on Mahesh has said emotionally that if he would have picked his call that night Sushant would have been probably with all of us now.
Mumbai Police said that the statements of 40 people have been recorded in the suicide case of Sushant. Following are some of those people Mahesh Bhatt, film critic, Rajeev Masand, director-producer, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, filmmaker, Aditya Chopra, Sushant Singh Rajput's cook, Neeraj Singh, domestic help, Keshav Bachner, manager, Deepesh Sawant, creative manager, Siddharth Ramnathmurti Pithani, sisters, Neetu and Meetu Singh, television actor, Mahesh Shetty (SSR's best friend), casting director, Mukesh Chhabra, and many others.

Mahesh also stated that he had asked Sushant to speak to his parents but to this Sushant replied that Rhea would not allow him to do so. He also said that Rhea would keep a regular check on Sushant’s phone and even wanted to change the entire team of Sushant to which his mother also agreed but Sushant was not happy about this.
Another friend of Sushant named Siddharth Pitani had also come out stating that he was forced by Sushant's family to speak against Rhea. He had also sent an email to Mumbai police on 28th July stating "I was told I would receive a phone call, after which I received a call from an unknown WhatsApp number. But the call ended within 40 secs, and no statement was recorded. I am pressurized to comply and record statements against Rhea, the things which I am not aware of."
Rhea has also appealed to the Supreme Court to shift his case from Patna Police to Mumbai Police as the emotional torcher is getting multiplied to the death and rape threats she has been getting. She stated in her petition "In peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case filed by at the instance of Krishna Kishore Singh. He committed suicide on the morning of June 14 at his Bandra residence by hanging himself. The petitioner was summoned and she had visited the Bandra police station on various occasions and her statement was recorded under Section 175 of CrPC. The petitioner has filed a complaint at Santa Cruz police station in Mumbai against the death and rape threats. It would be just and expedient if the transfer of the case is directed from Patna to Mumbai."
The case is opening new doors every single day different names have been coming out. The fans still want to know the exact reason and want the CBI to get to the roots of Sushant’s suicide case.
