An art piece remains a topic of discussion at the Art Basel Show in Miami, Florida. Actually, this art piece has been made by sticking a banana with duct tape on the wall and its price has been set at $ 120,000 i.e. 85 lakhs.

However, on Saturday, 7th December, the people present here were surprised when this art piece was eaten by a performance artist. The Artist has also shared his video on his Instagram.

In fact, in the Art Basel show that was held on Miami Beach, Florida on Saturday, the performance artist David Dattuna pulled out 85 million worth bananas from the tape sticking to the wall and ate it.

However, the matter was resolved without any fight. Lucien Terras, the director of Museum Relations for the gallery perotine, said he has not destroyed this artwork. This banana was only an idea. Another banana was pasted to the wall with tape 15 minutes after this incident.

Datuna added that “So it’s not like, again, vandalism. It was an art performance from me. And absolutely, I’m not sorry,” he said. “I call the performance ‘Hungry Artist’. Yeah, because I was hungry and I just ate it.”

So, this man is not feeling sorry after eating an art piece worth $ 120,000.
