India has taken it on their nerves regarding discarding the Chinese product and here is a big one. On Wednesday the Indian government banned 118 more Chinese applications including one of the desired gaming apps PUBG. The Indian government has to make decisions due to sudden attacks by the Chinese forces at the LOC (Line of actual control) and they also fear or threaten their defence and security system of the country.

The central government on Wednesday blocked 116 apps along with PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile LITE from android and iOS devices.

On Tuesday the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) stated that these banned applications are "prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, the security of the state and public order".

The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology also received several complaints about the misuse of some mobile apps based on android and iOS platforms and also seen that their server is located outside India.

After the compilation of data and records all of these elements concern about the national security and defence of India.

MeitY stated that they received “an exhaustive recommendation" from the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre, and the Ministry of Home Affairs also orders for blocking these malefic apps.

MeitY also said “ on the basis of these and upon receiving of recent credible inputs that information posted, permissions sought, functionality embedded as well as data harvesting practices of above-stated apps raise serious concerns that these apps collect and share data in a surreptitious manner and compromise personal data and information of users that can have a severe threat to the security of the state”

Indian cyber crime coordination centre claimed to be “a strong chorus in the public space"
